Welcome to Summer 2026 at Osher at UCR! We’re delighted to begin another season of learning, connection, and discovery with you.
As a reminder, no membership is required to participate in summer courses, making this a wonderful opportunity to invite friends, neighbors, and family members to experience Osher for themselves. Your enthusiasm and word-of-mouth recommendations remain among our most effective ways to introduce new learners to our community.
This summer also marks an exciting milestone as we have convened our first Osher Advisory Committee. The committee is focused on strengthening member engagement, increasing volunteer opportunities, supporting program growth, and fostering a culture of philanthropy that will help ensure Osher’s long-term success. We look forward to engaging more members as volunteers and creating meaningful opportunities for involvement beyond the classroom.
Your feedback is invaluable as we continue to shape the future of Osher at UCR. Whether you have ideas for courses, events, outreach, volunteer activities, or ways to improve the member experience, we want to hear from you. Together, we can build an even stronger and more vibrant lifelong learning community.
